How much does a typical project cost?

Costs can vary significantly based on dimensions, wood species, and many other details. We can provide a range once you complete our initial questionnaire. After the initial consultation we will provide a more refined range. Once we agree to move forward, we will provide an exact cost estimate prior to the start of the project.

How long does a project take?

This also varies based on the complexity of the project but typically 8-12 weeks after payment of the initial 50% deposit.

How do I make payment?

We accept cash, check and Venmo (2% fee over $1000).

Do you deliver? What if we are out of state?

White glove delivery within 1 hour of our shop is included. White glove delivery more than 1 hour away is available for a fee. We can also flat pack and ship nationwide for an additional fee.

Is there a warranty?

Penwood stands behind all of our craftsmanship. Any issues will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Our ultimate goal is always a happy and satisfied customer.
